Pretty much none. As a specialist, you will be dependent on referrals from general dentists. While specialists can do general work, no general dentist is going to refer to such a specialist, as they would be concerned about losing the patient.

Difficult to impossible. Forget about endo, perio or OMS. Paedo, prostho or ortho may get some primary patients but referrals are still the main source of patients.

Oh and Dentists are docs, they are Docs of Dental Surgery, or Dental Medicine.
