Sorry if that sounds corny, but I do believe in spiritual/psychic/ESP type of things so that was just my initial impression from your posts. Congrats again and good luck!
I appreciate your confidence and although I am relatively conservative in my beliefs of supra-sensory perceptions I am willing to go out on a limb and believe you especially considering I like your predictions I will endeavour to do my best to portray myself similarly positive to the interviewers and cross my fingers that my preparation and persona can convince them that one of those covetted seats should have my name written on it and deserve my used piece of chewing gum stuck on the bottom of it.

I am uninformed in that regard, so you are probably right that all interviewees get waitlisted, whether it be a realitsic or unrealistic chance of getting in from that spot.

For some reason I assumed that the wait list may be composed of 100-200 individuals while the other 200-300 may get a post-interview rejection. But these were only my own assumptions and vague interpretation of older posts from previous years. If anyone can further clarify this that would be helpful.

I was rejected post-interview before (ie. no wait list).

Of the approx. 400 interviewed applicants last year, 64 were offered admission, 78 were placed on the wait list, and all of the others were not accepted. It is fairly typical that the wait list will move 20-25 spots, but every year is different...it may move more or less.

There is also a french MMI question which I believe any one can do, whether you are applying as a francophone applicant or not.
Thanks for checking... I had an impatient/excited moment and couldn't wait to get home to do it myself, lol
