I haven't done an MMI, so I would take my speculation with a grain of salt. I thought the interview was pretty average. Now I know this is easier said then done, but this is what I would have done (you guys can feel free to comment on my opinion):
1) I would definitely try my best to show a genuine smile while I spoke as opposed to having a worried-look. 2) I would pause more often during my answer. She kept rambling on and on without a pause and I felt it to be a bit annoying. 3) She used "uhmm" too many times. I think it is best to say nothing until you are sure you want to know what you want to say. This point ties in really closely with #2. 4) I don't know how big of a deal this is, but at the end of the interview I would have made sure that I tucked in my chair and said the persons name one more time. I read a research article not to long ago that stated if you address an individual by their first name (if appropriate, and in this case it - she mentioned her first name in the beginning) that you begin to build a form of a trust and friendship between them. --- If there is one aspect of the video that I really enjoyed, it would have been her response for the last question. I think this is the approach I would take when answering a question of that sort. Once again, I have never been to an MMI, however, based on this video, these are some of the things I would try.
