I am leaning more toward

Fundamental Clinical Situations: A Practical OSCE Study Guide

but

OSCE and Clinical Skills Handbook

looks good too.

I haven't compared the quality/variety of their sample OSCE stations, but I believe the latter text reviews more of the physical exam, if you don't already have a good reference for that.

I own both - kind of a text book nerd. Lactic Folly is right.

The first is small so easy to carry while doing other things. But this also makes it very bare boned. It's Canadian. Really good for studying in pairs where one reads out the stem and gets the answers from your partner. Gives examples of post encounter probes the proctor may ask. i.e. format is stem, list of items to get, probes.

The second has more scenarios, is Canadian, delves into the topic a bit more. A bit more like a text book. The focus is on the system rather than a specific stem (decent neuro review). Sample stems are given with items to make sure you don't miss. Less conducive to all out studying with a buddy. i.e. format is text reviewing the system, stems, lists with explanations.
