UofT says that a >3.8 is a competitive gpa. So try to get a 3.8 if you want to be competitive at UofT. But I'm pretty sure their might be a few people getting in with a 3.7-3.8, so it never hurts to try.

My understanding is that MCAT other than being a 'flag' is totally irrelevant, so they are unimpressed what your MCAT score is once you exceed the minimum.
