Default Definition of "Formal Education"

Hey! I am just wondering what exactly falls under the category of "Formal Education" in the Sketch section of the OMSAS application. I know that my university education info is already available to OMSAS in other sections of the application, so I'm curious as to what kind of information should be entered for this category. Would this include things like, language education outside of university or trainings for different skills?

many thanks!

I received formal education in ballet, piano, languages, CPR, etc - so these fall under that category as does anything where you are certified. If you completed an internship asaa part of your education, this could be included, etc. Some have gone to a hockey school.

These fall under formal education? I put them under extracurriculars. I thought formal education was just High school and University.
