deferral

Hi guys,

Regarding deferrals... does anyone know how likely it is that I would get a deferral for a non-academic reason?

And does anyone know if the deferrals are granted on a first come, first serve basis or are they all received and then reviewed at the same time?

Finally... how long does it take for them to decide whether your request is "not trivial"?
