Default What constitutes an Ottawa Applicant

Hey,

Just wondering what exactly qualifies someone to being an Ottawa applicant (not an underserviced area)
Also, is the gpa cut generally lower for this pool of applicants? any stats from previous years?

thanks.

I'm assuming that it's someone who has spent the last X amount of years in Ottawa and/or has an permanent Ottawa mailing adress (grew up here and your parents still live her)?

The GPA cut is lower for these Ottawa individuals.
