Seeking roommate in Edmonton, AB

I'm a male pharmacy student at the University of Alberta, and I'm currently seeking a roommate willing to lease a 2 bedroom basement suite with me in the Edmonton area. I'm a mature, reliable, clean and non-smoking individual. Gender is no issue as long as you're reliable and clean. I've looked at a number of places in the Edmonton area I've found a few 2 bedroom basement suites that are nice and decently priced. Some are on the U of A campus and others are further away (ie westend and millwoods areas). Most places are averaging about $600 with utilities included. If you already have a place with a room to rent I would be interested in that idea as well.
