Hey, I've been following many of these threads for quite some time now, which has really helped me plan my career path. Thank you for that.
Anywho, I've found myself in a dilemma. When planning my 4 year schedule at School, I'm not able to fit Orgo and English into any of my school years. I would have taken them in my 2nd year summer, but I feel that writing the MCAT twice will improve my chances (2nd & 3rd year) instead of just once. So, will not taking Orgo put me at a drastic disadvantage for the MCAT? (I heard there are only 1-3 passages on it anyways). This same question applies to the english course as well. Also, by not taking Orgo and English, I will not be able to apply to US Med schools unless I take those two courses after my 4th year. (If U.S Med schools don't care about summer courses that is) Would you advise to take the MCAT twice, or only once in third year, but take Orgo and English during my 2nd summer. Any help is very appreciated! |
