I got wait-listed at #20 this year at NOSM. Overall I'm happy about my rank since this was my very first interview. I had a buddy tell me that at most 26 people got accepted off the wait list, and at the least 15 people. I'm trying to search the forums for the other years...

check out the post by Real Beef in this thread. It's post #14. This should give you a rough estimate as to what your chances are though from what I know I think you may still have a chance!
