Hi All,
I just got an Ipad. Anyone have some good app recommendations? Both medicine focused ones, but also PDF readers/organizers. Is there a good book that recommends/reviews apps? Many thanks. |

just discovered iTunes U... it looks amazing. Can't wait to dive in. Also try CloudOn, 2Do, Evernote. Anyway I wouldn't recommend buying a book - the most up to date reviews are going to be online.

Inkling is truly amazing. They basically make interactive textbooks. I bought BRS review series and Harrison's on it and I just love it. Have a look on their website!

Here is my newest fav medical education app, ACLS Simulator. It is a great way to review and test yourself on the various ACLS algorithms. Basically you can run little "codes" while riding the subway or bus...

Here is another good app:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/eopio...329470252?mt=8 eOpioid It really helps out with opioid conversions. Useful depending on the service you are on. It's ridiculously amazing if you are doing palliative stuff, it makes you look good when getting that script cosigned. ![]() It is a little pricey at $4. But if you hate mental math as much as I do... The same folks who made this app also made another program for your benzos. If you like this one it is worth a look.
