Mock 12: What is your role managing health care resources?

Here's a question I had at my Western Interview. The wording isn't precise (my interview was two years ago, please give me a break) but the theme is essentially the same.

"What do you know of health care resource shortages in Ontario? {My answer} As a physician, what would be your role in resource allocation? Can you think of a scenario where this would be an issue?"
