As an employee of the hospital getting paid fee for service, can anesthesiologists still incorporate themselves?

they are not hospital employees. they are self employed and paid fee for service by the government. so many do incorporate, yes.

How can anesthesiologists incorporate? Are they from a group/corporate and share the money from government?

Not necessarily, you can be on your own, have your own prof corporation and do your own tax planning,

Anesthetists are not employees. They are self employed contractors contracting their services to the hospital and are able to earn their income through a professional corporation (CCPC) if desired and be eligible for the small business deduction. Many do so.

Yes, anaesthesiologists can incorporate themselves and a lot of them do.
