Any spots for Ontario applicants?

Hi!
From what I read on their websites, seems that the french Quebec med schools (Sherbrooke, Laval and U de M) only accept Quebec residents and applicants from provinces who have agreements with Quebec (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI I think). I'm a bilingual Ontarian and I'd like to apply to U de M. Is this possible?
