169 Lees ??

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone is living in, or knows someone who lives in 169 Lees. I'm thinking of signing my lease there but wondered first if anyone had any inside info into the property.

Just wondering if anyone know how much a 2bdm apt goes for at either 169 or 190 Lees or if anyone has a contact number? Thanks

When I checked 190 Lees, I was told the rent for a 2 Bdrm apt would be $1050/month. For 1 bdrm it was around $750. There is also a room available at 24 Chestnut, a house very close to the Lees apts complex. The rent is $500/month including high speed internet. If interested email colleen.mcgowan@sympatico.ca
I liked that place and I finally made the decision oin where to live next yr Now the only thing worrying me is I'll be out of the country from Aug15-evening of 29th when I arrive to Montreal. I'll be moving up to Ottawa in the last minute !
