Best date for MCAT

Hi everyone,

I just needed some advice here regarding the best date for writing the mcat. I will be applying both to american and canadian schools this year and I know for a fact that the americans work on rolling basis. I believe I have competitive enough GPA and everything else, but MCAT does not happen to be my strength. I am writing MCAT the second time now (bombed the first one really bad!) and I am planning to write on July 6th. Does that sound a good date or will it be late for American schools?

Any input will be much appreciated and please don't kill me if this has been asked before as I could not find it.

I'll kill for that date... I'm writing Aug 3rd and also applying to states. You can't even choose an earlier date if you wanted to at this point. You're fine.
