Sketch Question for Long EC

Hi all,

I have a quick question to what you guys did with your sketch. I've been involved in a few EC for quite a few years. But in certain ones, I'm not sure if I should lump them all together (since I played very different roles) or not.

For example, I've been a scouts leader for 4 years and I plan on keeping that as one item, of course. But for another organizations, I've been on involved at many levels including team member, team leader, mentor and executive board. Should I separate those as 4 different items?
