Default Proof of Citizenship
How do you provide Proof of Citizenship to OMSAS by october 1st?

Contact the office and ask what documentation can be sufficient. Commissioner of oaths or notary public signatures, official copies, etc.

You don't. You only need to provide proof of citizenship if they give you an offer of admission. That's what the admissions office told me anyway.
