Ok I am planning on to apply to top-middle tier schools in the US. My stats:

I'd say you have a shot. But your application is gonna be late so... I dunno. Most people on these boards got them finished their secondaries early to late august. If you are just handing in your primaries now, you won't be finished until late october at the earliest.

Its worth a shot, but I don't know if you have a really good chance at getting into a top tier school. You have some chance at those top tiers and a pretty decent chance at mid-top tiers. I wouldn't consider you a shoe-in though for the schools that I think you are looking for. I suggest you expand your pool to include more mid-tier schools.
