dropping credit hours?

Hey all,
From reading thru his forum, it sounds to me that Manitoba drops a certain number of your lowest grades depending on how many credit hours you have amassed...how do they decide how many of your worst credits they'll ignore? For example, do you have to have taken more than a full courseload before they start dropping some of your worst grades?

The application form has a chart that details the relationship between the number of credit hours you've taken in total and the number of credit hours they'll drop..
