Hi all,
My best friend has a 3 bedroom place at Dupont and Davenport with one free room at the moment. She and her brother (both in Law School -- one at York, one at U of T) live there now and are looking for a roommate, and they agree it would be great if they got a U of T med student!
The place is right on the Subway at Dupont literally right at Dupont and Davenport (just near Casa Loma) in a huge house converted into apartments. It's beautiful. They have their own yard, and a eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and living room with a fireplace. Laundry downstairs. It's about a 15 minute walk (at a good clip) from U of T, and rent is $630/month + 1/3 of utilities.
