Quick question about references

Hi,

I have a quick question about the references.

Is it necessary, or beneficial, to have all 3 areas (advocacy, collaboration, leadership) covered? I have 2 profs and 1 praise team leader as references, and I am thinking of assigning 2 profs to leadership part and the praise team leader to collaboration part. Would that be ok?

Yeah, Captain is right. Also, I think it would look bad to have one not covered; if you read in the Applicant's manual, 10 percent of your pre-interview score is allotted to each of 6 attributes (meaning 60% just based on attributes). Each of the reference letters target one of these attributes. If one isn't covered, you lose (more or less) 10% of your pre-interview score.
