OAC english - counts as one or two?

Hey,
question for any Ontario applicants to memorial:
It says on their site that two Uni english courses (or one full credit) is needed. It also mentions that OAC english counts.
SO, does OAC count as both courses, ie. if one has OAC english, he or she does not need any Uni english course,
OR,
does OAC count as only one of these courses, ie. One with OAC english must also take one semester of UNI english to satisfy this requirement?

As far As i know, an OAC is considered one course. You will need one more ENG course from university.
