How can anesthesiologists incorporate? Are they from a group/corporate and share the money from government?

Not necessarily, you can be on your own, have your own prof corporation and do your own tax planning,

Anesthetists are not employees. They are self employed contractors contracting their services to the hospital and are able to earn their income through a professional corporation (CCPC) if desired and be eligible for the small business deduction. Many do so.
