There's no official ranking comparing Canadian schools with American ones. Even the rankings comparing the American ones with each other (US News) should still be taken with a grain of salt, as just because they consider particular schools the "best" might not necessarily mean that they are best for you. That having been said, U of T is considered by most people to be one of the top schools in Canada. As for the "stats" from last year, the average entering GPA is around 3.84 or so for the undergrads. Graduate applicants are considered differently. The MCAT cutoffs are 8 in each section, plus N in writing. I don't know what the average MCAT scores are; perhaps one of the moderators on this board can tell you...

Unlike american schools, the average MCAT scores at U of T are never (to my knowledge) released to the general public. What they give you are the general cut offs.
That being said, I am assuming that you are an american, and you probably know that U of T takes in a few foreign students every year (but the number is small). There are a couple of americans in our class, but the ones I know all grew up in Canada (and went to canadian unversities). Some classmates who went to american schools for undergrads are canadian citizens who came back here to study medicine.
