Just an absolutely smoking link! :)
www.utmed.com (http://www.utmed.com)
Most of the resources can be found along the top left column. There are study notes compiled in Word format for many of the basic science courses eg. Anatomy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry etc.
www.utmed.com/studynotes/index.php (http://www.utmed.com/studynotes/index.php)
There is also something called the Med Pimp section, which allows you to test yourself on many short clinical vignettes.
