I am working in laval for one year. I have not found a place yet to maybe I live in Montreal...or maybe I live in laval.
Can I apply to laval university medical school?
I live in BC and I know they do not have an agreement to let BC students in.

First, I Just want to make sure that you are aware that Laval university is not located in the city of Laval, but in Quebec city... The city of Laval is very close to Montreal, a lot closer to University of Montreal or Mcgill than Laval University.
if however you still want to apply to Laval University, you can apply in the category 'Les candidats canadiens ne résidant pas au Québec'. In which there is only one spot for Canadians that are not from QC, PEI, NS or NB.
Or if you have a Quebec residency, then you can apply in other categories. You can apply for Quebec residency if you have worked in Quebec for 12 consecutive months without being a full time student in Qc. I suggest you read this page for more information : http://www.mels.gouv.qc.ca/ens-sup/ens-univ/2007-07-07_formulaire-francais_SRQ_universite.pdf

According to what I read and heard you need to be qualified as a Quebec resident by the time you APPLY. So that all depends on your situation. But you should check these things with the universities you're interested in to make sure.

You can apply as an OOP, that's the reason they created a spot in order to train francophones coming from other provinces. Wouldn't make much sense if you had to become a Quebecer in order to start training, because then you'd just be in the regular cohort...
