Surgical research

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone know if there are some possibilities to be hired as a researcher in some surgical subspecialities. I am a general pediatric surgeon with subspecialization in surgical oncology and in minimally invasive surgery. I am an IMG and I would be happy to work as a reseracher, but until now I did not find such opportunities. I prefer Ontario, Alberta, or BC.
