Anyone seeing errors in the OMSAS referee section

I am getting errors like;NET.DATA DTW_SYSTEM Error: Function frmstmf: The statement failed.
and it is generally messed up.

Has anyone out there been able to successfully
fill out 3 referees without error?

I got the same errors when I was filling out the referrence section, so did a friend of mine, so don't worry you are not alone. We e-mailed OMSAS but no reply yet. I hope they will fix it soon!

I have already sent out one form, so I hope the
IT**** referee reference numbers dont change for this fix.
