Anyone in Ottawa interested in MMI practice?

I am in Ottawa and am interested in getting together to practice for the MMI. (I will also be in North Bay on February 17th if anyone from around there is interested). If anyone is interested or knows of any other practice sessions around Ottawa or via teleconference, it would be good to connect!

I am in Ottawa too, and I did the NOSM MMI last year. I'm not doing it this year, but I am doing the McMaster MMI. If you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to share my experiences.

When is a better time for people? Evenings, weekends?

Either are good for me. I also went through the MMI last year at both Northern and Mac so I have a good idea how it works.

I too am in Ottawa. Weekends are best for me. This is my first interview, so I can only speculate as to what the questions might be -- that is, speculate within the obvious guidelines.
I'll be interviewing in Thunder Bay.

i'm pretty flexible, school during the day so evenings and weekends are good. this will be my first interview as well, so i really don't know what to expect!! i'm interviewing in tbay.

Since interviews are at the end of March I guess we should all meet at the beginning of March sometime, does anyone have any suggestions about where and when?

Saturday March 3rd is good for me (interview on the 4th so Sunday is no good). I like the idea of booking a room at the university.

Unfortutely I am working 12 hour shifts that weekend, so it is not the greatest time for me. Any possibility of the weekend of Feb 24 working for anyone? If not, I could try to work something out for that weekend, could definitely use the practice!

THis weekend is no good for me, I've got an interview in Toronto, but if there is enough people interested in March 03, I'm willing to organize it. We could also pick a weeknight, if that would suit more people. This week is March Break in Ottawa, so if anyone want's to do it this week I can organize something as well.

Hello,

I will book a conference room in the health sciences library (Roger Guindon Campus, on Smyth) for 2 PM this Saturday, February 24th. I will be there. My sister will be coming as well. She's just finishing up her third year at Mac, and did their the MMI interview back in 2004. Due to the late notice, I won't be surprised if very few people are there, but I am sure it will still be of some benefit.

Anyone planning on coming? I can bring some cookies and juice. For format, I will bring some mock MMI scenarios that we can run through. If anyone has anything else that they think would be useful, let me know, or just bring your ideas along when you come.

If anyone wants to have another practice session later, that could be good as well.
