1. Do we have to include verifiers for the sketch?

2. How does one tie the verifiers to each activity mentioned in the answers to the questions? Does one simply put the verifier # at the end of the sentence?

3. If I've listed a bunch of activities I did in high school on the sketch, is simply stating that Mr. X will verify all high school activities sufficient, or will I have to provide a verifier for each activity?

4. Do I have to refer to the verifiers in the sketch itself?
