Does Finch require an Escrow account?

Hello all... I wanted to ask if anyone knows if Finch/Rosalin Franklin requires Canadian students to have an Escrow account?

ok I just called Finch and apparently they DO NOT require one. canadian students pay at the same schedule as other US students.
