which schools accept OAC ENGLISH as their english prereq?

which schools accept OAC ENGLISH as their english prereq? i have taken 6 first year course already so i cannot take that first english now.(my school allow us to take only 6 first year courses) any suggestion?

This English course thing is a big pain. Some schools will accept it IF you have had the course certified as advanced placement credit by a university, and it shows up on your transcript. Other schools will not accept AP credit for any of their prereq courses.

I asked my state school about the English requirement, and they told me I would still have to take 3 undergrad English courses; they will not waive the requirement although I took grade 13 English. (I also wrote a thesis, 27 journal papers, and worked as a professional editor and writer for a couple of years.) I don't resent the course work as much as I resent paying $1500 to prove that I can read and write.

You might have to take second-year or higher courses; or just do correspondence courses at Waterloo or something.
