Financing for Canadian Students

Hey guys,

Just have a question. This isn't just for US medical schools but attending university in the US as a Canadian. What are some of the financing options? I have a friend who lives in Ontario and is going to Wayne State but she is having trouble finding financing options. Any suggestions?

I am going to med school in the US this fall and applied (and was recently approved) for a TERI loan (www.iefc.com) If you have a co-signer, you can get up to $45 000 US/year.

I believe what Hotsaw is doing is the only game in town. TERI loans also go by the umbrella name of CANHelp if I'm not mistaken.
