<pagetext>Are we required to take a First Aid Course/CPR before we matriculate in August??? I know the Ontario schools require it...just wondering if UofA also needs it as well.

I'm in my 2nd year of biochemistry at U of A and would just like some insight into the program. I had real difficulties this year especially with physical chem and am concerned that I may not be able to proceed with the program (GPA concerns). I've heard a lot of bad things about the biochemistry program. (i.e. poor teaching, difficult course load etc.). Can anyone let me know their experiences and thoughts?
