I haven't had my interview yet, but I'm just wondering how Queen's make their final selection. Do they have the same system as Ottawa, where interviewees with the same interview score are ranked by other criteria, such as reference letter and personal info form, and offers are made to all those with top interview scores, regardless of their other scores, and them moving down to the next interview score level? Or does Queen's use the average score from interview and other stuff (P.I.F. and reference letter)?
