Anyone know how likely/when those 10 extra seats in the 2006 class will be approved?
I heard that last year they didn't add the seats until ~July; when was it announced that they were hoping to add them? (ie, were they working on a similar timeline, or was the unofficial announcement made earlier last year than this year?)
